Fundamental Skills
Campers are divided into small groups for dedicated skill work every day. These groups focus on increased reps with descriptive feedback, video breakdown and analysis of performance, and specific goal setting, with the purpose to reinforce good mechanics and enhance acceleration of their development.
Competitive Play
Campers can win prizes by participating in fun skill competitions and showing improvement in their performance data. Campers will also compete in a week long league culminating to a championship and individual honors.
Strength & Conditioning Training
Your child will have their speed, agility, vertical jump, and power developed all week long.
